Copenhagen, 12th JUNE, 2017, 35 Chinese Chairmen and CEOs visited Denmark. They are MBA alumni from the top Business school in China – Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. In cooperation with Copenhagen Business School (CBS) Executive they conducted a number of specially organized lectures.
Mr. Hans Halskov, founder and managing partner of Across Partners, gave a lecture today on the newest model of cooperation between European and Chinese companies. This is the third time he was invited by CBS as a external lecturer.
He explained that a 〝pull〞& equity model is the best cooperation method in the new era. He also answered questions about the M&A policies in Denmark and practical questions regarding to valuation, etc.
