30 Peking University Executive MBA students visited Denmark this week. In cooperation with Copenhagen Business School (CBS) Executive they conducted a number of specially organized lectures.
Mr. Hans Halskov, the founder and managing partner of Across Partners, was invited by CBS as a guest lecturer. With his experience of having advised more than 100 Danish companies about market-entry into China, and having lived in China for nearly 15 years, Hans delivered the message that the best model of cooperation for the Chinese and the Danes is that Chinese assume partial ownership of the Danish parent companies – not necessarily control, but influence and capital injections provided to ensure a realistic basis for competitive and sustainable cooperation.
